At Tigerlily, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
